Idaho Crush Volleyball Club, Inc. ("Idaho Crush") is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to teaching and instructing young people how to be sucessful playing the sport of volleyball.  We believed that athletes from Idaho could compete at the highest levels of the club volleyball--including against the best club teams from volleyball mecas like California and Texas. Our top teams routinely play in the highest divisions of USAV and AAU volleyball (Open Division).  We believed that if taught correct fundamentals and if coached well, that athletes from Idaho could play against the very best. The recent success of Idaho Crush teams is an affirmation of our beliefs--our top teams are not just competing but playing well and having success against elite club teams around the country.  And, our athletes are being recruited by some of the top universities and colleges in our region and in the nation. Unique: We are often asked what distinguishes our club from other volleyball opportunities. The answer is simple—coaching. Our coaches have played and coached at the highest levels of the sport and they have had resounding success.  We encourage you to consider the qualifications of our coaches. Volleyball is a unique sport in that it takes a high skill level to teach and develop a high skill level in the athletes you coach. Our coaches possess the skills they teach to their athletes. Even more than our athletes, our coaches hold themselves to a high standard. Our coaches are hands on and high energy. They love the game of volleyball because it has been a part of their lives and they want to pass their knowledge and skill down to those that have that same love and passion. If you watch one of our practices or one of our teams play you will notice a difference—it is commitment to the game of volleyball and desire to be the best they can be. We expect our players to play hard and our coaches to coach hard. Expectations: We expect Idaho Crush players to leave it all out on the court. Regardless of our physical attributes (we may or may not be the tallest, the quickest, the strongest), Idaho Crush players are expected to give maximum effort all of the time. We believe that attitude determines altitude. We evaluate and choose players not just for their athletic prowess but for their willingness to give it their all.  If you want to be held to that standard, and want to play with other players that are held to that standard...Idaho Crush is for you. Character We believe that athletics does not build character but rather it reveals it. If your character is to never give up on a ball, to play hard regardless of the score, Idaho Crush is for you.
